Winds of change...

As the second of the Great Filterama Challenges is on Monday, I've been experimenting with some PS filters I've never used before. I chose a very ordinary subject and then applied the 'chrome' filter to it... I thought it produced an 'interesting' effect, but not quite good enough for the Challenge, so you get to see it today. You can make your own minds up about why I chose this title for the blip!
