Before

Tired , tired, tired today. A very slow day. Up late and a chair hunt this afternoon. Now on a concoction of Arnica, Musclease and Biofreeze, not all on the same places of course. Being old and falling is not a good combination.

Tomorrow we have to empty the kitchen cupboards before the refurb starts on Monday. 2006, Inverurie; 2007, Montgaillard; 2011, Marchmont; 2013, here. Last one I hope.
