Dragon Boat practice.....

Supposedly a day off....ha, that would be a joke! had to do laundry, put the showroom back together after market day, and i don't know if it was because it was such a bloody windy day, but car after car came blowing up the Big Hill! Again, i'm not really complaining, cos we sold lots - and met some lovely folks from Toronto....but as soon as i sat down, to read my book.....dogs barked, cars arrived!

Paddle practice was good tho! we paddled a long way this evening, and were out for about 1 1/2 hours....mainly cos there was only 1 boat load! sometimes there are so many people that we have to come in after our hour to let the next group go out! The water was a bit choppy and we seemed to have a few uncoordinated paddlers....the upshot was i got soaked to the skin!!!

home now, warm and happy! glass of wine and off to cuddle up to my man and watch telly!
