Verbal Temperance

Mr. DH and I met a friend in Boston tonight for drinks and dinner. It's not often enough that we get out and have a nice meal without children. As we were sitting at the bar waiting for our friend, I of course pulled out the camera.

"I drive you crazy with all the photos I take, don't I."

"Yes."

"You know, this glass of wine could very well be the highlight of my day."

"Yes."

"So that's why I need to take a photo."

"Yes."

"I know you love me anyway, even though I drive you crazy."

"Yes."


The highlight of my day, actually, was the fantastic meal and fun conversation (which ended up not being so one-sided). I was too busy enjoying it all to take pictures :)
