John...

.... has featured in some of my blips before. Here he is with #1S who came over to Liverpool from Sheffield on a flying visit today. John is temporarily in a nursing home after having a fall at home, where he hopes to return soon as he values his independence. Also he said ruefully "this place is full of old biddies". John will, God willing, be 104 in January.
