B comes before C

That's how I remember that the broccoli plants are on the left and the cabbages are on the right. When the man at the nursery said that he'd got broccoli we were thinking of either Purple Sprouting or the common sort in UK supermarkets, but I now think these may be those beautifully shaped green cauliflower heads. Time will tell, but in the meantime I'll just get on with hunting out the eggs of the Cabbage White or we shan't end up with much at all.

p.s. there's a row of onions along the left too, and quite a few long lost pea plants have appeared, which I'm pinching the tops out for salads.
