Amanita

It's not often I get totally baffled by a fungus but this one I will have to look into in the morning, unless someone can help me. It's an Amanita for sure. My first thought was Amanita echinocephala or a colourless Amanita Citrina but the stem doesn't tally.

Too late to look now. If anyone can help... please do! :)


Update: I have an ID! I was too late to do any serious investigations. It is an Amanita rubescens var alba, a white version of The Blusher. I'll see if I can find a bog standard Blusher for tomorrows blip. :)
