Wednesday 2 September 2009: Ballooning
Ok, you're going to have to make it Big to see the balloon.
Grabbed a few hours with the owner of the best ski chalet in La Plagne to head up Benarty Hill, one of those Fife hills I have yet to explore.
Discovered why I hadn't explored it before, as the path was rubbish and the hilltop was littered with sheep, so the woofs had to stay on the lead. Still - the views were cracking in every direction.
Went to a great pub for dinner afterwards - ostrich steak would you believe.
