The Spui tram stop

My brother P came for a visit for a few hours today, Canadian Thanksgiving, on his way to Belgium on business. Our first visitor! We had a lovely walk to Leidseplein in the City Centre, where we had lunch. After lunch, he had to be on his way, so I ventured back to the City Centre, this time to the shopping district near Dam Square.

This photo was taken at the Muntplein tram stop, which is near the end of the Amstel River. The city is colourful and vibrant, even on a Monday afternoon.

So much to be thankful for.
