Watt Terrrace

This terrace has puzzled me for some time.

It lies at the southwestern end of Morningside Road but, whereas Hermitage Terrace opposite has its own numbering, 1 to 10, Watt Terrace numbers are Morningside Road, up to 424.

I cannot find the origin of Watt Terrace, in fact, it seems to exist only in the stonework at the corner of Maxwell Street.
