Variable weather

We were out and about today. K and I went to an expat fair called "i am not a tourist" where I gathered some information about language lessons and clubs, while K ate the candy at nearly every booth where we stopped! We also had lunch and did a little shopping while we were in the city centre.

Throughout the day, the sky was interesting. The weather ranged from lovely and sunny to rain with biting wind. While we have found that this is not too unusual in Amsterdam, today it seemed to be happening all at the same time. This photo, taken in the rain, seemed to tell the story - sunshine and blue sky together with black clouds and rain.
