Spent the day keeping us warm, working, keeping us warm oh and planning more races to do over the next few months

Also am in trouble with the girls as have been planning our christmas festivities and, despite my asking for 2 days, I am not allowed to make myself a Jonny Brownlee advent calendar. Apparently that's indefensible behaviour.
