The Edge of the Wold

World's End

Jack Scout, Morecambe Bay

The Bay was so still and the light so milky, that water and sky merged together and the couple on the end of the skear appeared as if they were advancing to the very end of the world. I had hoped for the sun to peek through as it dropped into the waters of the Bay, but this ethereal light was perhaps better for its other worldliness.

On a more mundane note, our walk here with Gus was followed by a visit to Wolfhouse where the cakes were simply out of this world.

I filled a gap earlier.
