Sliding into Winter

Yes I know we live in Spain, and yes I know it's still September, but it's cold up here 565 metres above sea level and so we're having a two-log fire.

It's 16 degrees outside, but it feels very chilly when we've got used to temperatures in the mid 30s...

And yes I know we're not going to get any sympathy!
