Spotted Shags.

Had a look at the Spotted Shags that are now nesting on one of the points on the way back from Havelock. There were about 10 birds here, but the one on the right looks a bit grumpy having the camera trained on them!
There was a mother duck and 7 ducklings swimming the Havelock marina, much to the delight of some children who were down there.
Went out to Havelock early this morning, as I return a car to there from Te Mahia. PJ then came up and got me, plus filled the boat with fuel - gulp!!
Spent today doing all the minutes etc, that comes after having two meetings in two days.
PJ doing lawns - grass is growing in front of us....... rain that was predicted didn't arrive.
