Tree of Light

The village has an enormous tree set across the road from the village hall. It's become a recent tradition for the children's brass band to play carols as we all sing along. There was a great turn out this year and the weather was perfect.

After a day in Edinburgh for "Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2" (highly recommended) and attempting to shop (we gave up in one queue!) we rushed home to be in time for the lights. Then it was back to the house for some neighbourly chat, home made pizza and a glass or 6 of wine. Excellent!
