Winter Companion

Winter companions,
Me and the dog at my feet,
In warming fireglow.

Didn't venture out of the office today. Rather than heat the whole house I use a halogen heater to warm the room. It provides heat and also a lovely warm glow which makes you feel warm all by itself. Usually, once Sadie has finished her morning woozling, she comes and sleeps in her basket under my desk. We both enjoy being warm and I get soft furry footrest.


It would've been my Mum's 90th birthday today..... we raised a glass to her this evening .... still miss you Mum x
