Adelaide Hills

Looking the length of Davenport Terrace
towards the fringed hills...

I am entering today's blip into the Sunday Skies challenge hosted by creativelenna. Link to creativelenna here. Thank you, lenna.

Not as much sky as in others' blips and neither as much as in my previous entries, the hills are the allure I want to include. They gently co-exist with the city of Adelaide on its sprawling plain at their base and form attachments. The shadows are memories and when the sun is on them they are purple and olive and valleys touched with streaks of momentary gold, sometimes fire.
