View from my balcony

In back in Madeira for my December timeshare week and just standing on my balcony, looking at the sea, the pools and Reids high above is marvellous.

We're having awful wifi problems in the hotel so I may not be able to comment.

We arrived this morning and I've already checked my bus tickets still work, indulged in a pastel de nata, and had a swim.

Quite a few of my usual partners in crime aren't coming this week this year, but I did see a friend briefly before she flew home. A couple of Blandy's "Rainwater" went down a treat.
