Christmas bokeh

Not happy with this, but it'll have to do.

Wasn't happy with today either, sitting around all day and only seeing TWO patients (cancelled meetings, cancelled patient, vagaries of travel and sites), but I suppose that'll have to do as well.

Awards out the ears of the kiddies; it seems bizarre to me just how many certificates kids get nowadays. I might have got one certificate during my school years, but they seem to get one for absolutely everything.

Pleases them anyway...
