Friday 25 September 2009: Greenfinch.....
OK, OK, I know another birdy shot, but I am struggling to get anything else and I promise to try harder next week.
I managed to get really near to this little beauty, he was so taken with the seed feeder that he ignored me for a minute or two, then he hopped across the branch and took a good long look at the camera and flew away, that was it, I drove back to the works.
I managed to get a good run back today, 3 hours, tried that new car out on fuel it was brilliant I managed 51 mpg, once it is run in that should get better.
Maddison is with us tonight and I have just tucked her up in her bed and she has gone straight to sleep.
