St John's hospital

Today we went over to Jeri's this afternoon, later than normal as the boys had been to a party. Just as well as I felt half asleep all morning.

On the way over I noticed as we drove through Bracebridge Heath, that the recent high winds had brought down the security fencing around the old abandoned St John's psychiatric hospital, so I had to take the chance to go and have a snoop!

I love abandoned buildings, especially ones with a bit of history. If it wasn't for my fear of spiders I would love to do Urban Exploring! They say this place is haunted, but I'm not a believer in such things. I do think the place would make a great setting for a horror/psycho movie though!
