Bread

Had a lie in, made some bread, read some more. Pretty relaxed day.

I got a few cook books over Christmas, James Morton's Brilliant Bread being one of them. Hopefully going to make my way through it over the year, it's really nicely designed which is a plus. The photos in it are stunning and the type is easy to read. Always been a fan of James since he was on The Great British Bake Off, he was my favourite to win, and by following him on Twitter it turns out that he likes good beer which is a plus.

*This bread was made using a bread mix and not from his book, although I did use the section about how to shape the dough.
