Goggles at work ;-)

Another early morning swim, at Dalry, today ... so, my Wednesday/Friday swim-plan has worked okay this week :-)

The test will come next week, when I start supplementing that with the Tuesday/Thursday short-run plan!

Anyhow ... just 19-weeks on Sunday until the big day; so definitely need to do at least 10-miles tomorrow!
