In the hammock......

......as I am today, another flare-up of foot pain has me trapped indoors again.....I'm biting the bullet and making a doctors appointment (last time I went to the doctors was over a decade ago, they've probably archived my records;-))......in the meantime I've prescribed myself couch-rest, a paracetamol and an overdose of daytime TV......
