Not quite what I expected

I only had time to take a few snaps today while out looking for pine cones for firelighting purposes. I had few hopes for this one when I took it, but I was taken aback when I looked at it on the computer a few hours later, because I just didn't recognise it. The falaise bleue (blue cliff) on the left looked like a chunk of blue sky, and the backlit grasses above it like clouds. It took a few minutes for my eyes to sort out a familiar scene from a collection of odd elements. That's the only reason I'm posting it, not because I think it's a particularly good photo. There's another view of the cliff here.
