Back to the quacks today for the second lot of my travel jabs. Today the joys of diptheria, polio and tetanus.

The weather lurches between pouring rain, high winds, freezing temperatures and sometimes all three.

I can't quite get my head around that in two months I will be in sunny Mexico.
