Preparations

This is the Lemon Polenta Couscous Cake that Kath Gordon mentioned here and then directed me to Nigella's recipe. I substitute couscous because I don't have any polenta, and soak the couscous before adding it so that it's not too gritty. It makes a really scrummy flan-like cake, and it's going to be desert this evening when we entertain some friends.
