Sometimes I love her so much I can't stand it.


We have entered a period of thaw; I'm planning on cycling to work tomorrow and hopefully the roads will be well enough for a few extra miles.
Now, if it can stay like this I'd be very happy :)

Still with a sore shoulder, so another evening without Zumba. Bah. I did run for 30 minutes on the treadmill though, all is not lost!
