Downy face

I like when what you see is what it's called - names can be so deceiving. Like mine; it means Eternal Ruler, which is obviously something I wouldn't mind ("OFF WITH HIS HEAD!"Ad infinitum) but is rather far from the truth.
It's also heather. Which is very nondescript most of the year with a peak in August - when I'm generally dying from heat exhaustion.

This is why I like the Downy Woodpecker. You can see it's a woodpecker. And it has a downy face. This is the Mrs.

Her face is cuter than mine (especially when looking at it in large) which is why I'm shelving my planned SP :)
