Celeripedean

Not really done much today. Quiet morning then this afternoon I walked down to the village to pick up my repeat prescription and then got the bus to Lidl. Bit of random shopping and then home around 5pm. An evening of ironing and watching TV. Neil had a day off but I've only seen him for about 5mins. He went to the gym and then to his girlfriends.

Today's Forum Challenge word is Celeripedean meaning a fast runner, swift-footed. Was at a loss on what to blip for this one but decided to take shot of Neil's official photo from The Great North Run of 2002. This was the second time he had done the GNR. Have you spotted anything wrong in this photo????? Look at Neil's feet. No shoes. His shoes fell to bits at around the 10 mile mark so he ditched them and did the last 3 miles in his socks. The socks were shredded by the time he finished. Surprisingly his feet weren't in too bad a state. He finished with a respectable time too so you could say he was swift footed - and undaunted.
