MonoMonday and if I've picked up correctly from other blippers, it's architecture today.

Happy birthday to Dad, 87 today and still able to do up his own shoe laces (his words, not mine). It was good to chat earlier Dad I hope you had a lovely evening out for dinner.

As it turns out I was out for a curry too. All very nice but bed calls me now. I need to be sharp in the morning, at 8am there will be blokes here to scope the repairs needed to my home from earthquake damage.

It would be nice to have 3 years of leaks dealt to and not to have another winter of emergency repairs. I've emptied 16.25L of water from the dehumidifier I've been running since Friday night.
