New wheels

Steven picked up his new bike today.

It arrived a couple of weeks ago but as he's still not got his back completely fit yet, he's left the bike with the shop to lessen the pain. However as he passes the bike shop most days he was beginning to feel like a little kid with their nose pressed against the toy shop window and couldn't ignore temptation anymore.

I doubt he'll be able to resist at least a wee spin on it over the weekend. Not going to be doing any great mileage on it for a while and he'll certainly not be cycling to work in Kirkwall for a bit but I reckon a bit of gentle exercise (along with the massage, exercise and acupuncture that the physio is doing with him) has to be a good thing.
