I was shooting at Central Park of Korso at Vantaa, the same place where this Blip was taken at.

Before this month I have previously blipped flowing water with slow exposure in April, if I remember correctly. I've also taken very few non-blip photos of such style since that. This month has brougt a change, as this is already fourth slow exposure water shot in November.
