Just a hint of water...

is starting to show as the ice begins to thaw on my favorite lake. This was taken fairly early in the morning and the sun was casting long shadows from the trees across the ice. I was momentarily distracted by a bald eagle cruising the length of the lake, no doubt checking on the status of the ice...
