Mr & Mrs Mallard

A trip to Flitwick Moor where there's been some recent sightings of Lesser Spotted Woodpecker. There was one other car in the car park when we arrived as we were getting ready its driver returned - LGRE, he'd just seen a pair of Lesser Spots. He explained to us exactly where, but over the next couple of hours we failed to find them.

Returning via Lemsford Springs I got today's shot of Mr & Mrs Mallard and RCB got a Grey Wagtail.
