Changing Cityscape. GX1, Leitz Summicron 35mm v4.

This little Bauhaus-like industrial building is in our neighborhood and until a year or two back was the local De Walt/Black & Decker service facility.  Since then it has stood vacant and boarded up, presumably while the owner waited for the property market to recover.  The "For Sale" sign appeared about a month back so things are moving behind the scenes.  There is something quite poignant about the sign still advertising for help and displaying the hours of business.  My guess is this building will be gone very soon, just a memory.
