Empty

In Soho today, I was surprised to see so many deserted properties in Wardour Street.

The light here and the sparceness reminded me of 'Nighthawkes' by Edward Hopper.

It was worth waiting around for the right person to walk by. The birds were an added bonus.

Meanwhile I was anything but empty today after lunch of razor clams and mussels at Duck Soup.

The name of this restaaurant is a little Soho joke as it is the title of a Marx Brothers film. Two doors down from the restaurant is The Groucho Club, a private members establishment so named because Groucho Marx said "I don't want to belong to any club that will accept people like me as a member"
