Pied Cormorant

We came across this fellow when we went walking with friends this morning. It may be a Little Pied Cormorant but it was hard for me to tell.

I would have liked to have got a shot as it took to the air but it was far to fast.

It is still raining here, in fact it is pouring at the moment.
