Menu Item # 6

We took the light rail into town tonight and thought we would grab some Thai. We went to Chat Thai which is across the street from The Capital Theatre. The restaurant was really busy; we arrived at 6:00 and waited around 50 minutes for a table and it is a Wednesday night.

Menu Item # 6 was 'Fresh Spring Rolls - made of smoked fish sausage, chicken and crab with caramalised tamarind relish'. It was, I think, the dish of the night.

I was quite happy the way the image came out as the restaurant was not all that well lit.
