Wood pile

We spent another morning dealing with the new wood, Steve sawing, chopping, splitting, me carting and stacking...until both of our backs said 'enough'. There's still a lot more to do though, but you can't have too much wood.

The internet came back on late this morning. Obviously the person who looks after the telecentre in the village, where the server is, went into work after the Easter break, turned all the switches back on and voilà! But what is the use of the village organising free internet if they turn it off just when it's most needed i.e. when people are off work and the schools are shut?
