Peaceful Canal

I cycled up to East Morton for my hair appointment today, via the canal towpath part of the way. Surprisingly there were very few people out and about. I chatted to a chap who was feeding this swan and worried that he had not seen its partner in a couple of days, but she was safely asleep on her nest around the bend.
