Oaxaca (pronounced Wahaca)

After yesterday's bull fighting experience we drove down to Oaxaca last night, arriving for a couple of good Margueritas and a good meal.

This town is the food centre of Mexico and the markets are brimming with chocolate chilli and all number of vegetables and edible insects. The meat markets are the freshest smelling I have ever encountered.
