Today's "dear diary" moment- Katie had her first ever lengths lesson at swimming. She swam her heart out. At one point, her teacher came up to me and said "how old is she? Is she only 4?? Wow!!" And then came back later after Katie's 6th length without needing to hold the side or safety pole "she's doing great!!" Bless her heart she couldn't quite do dolphin kicks but she said we can try when we go together. She was very pleased that today she managed to pick the hoop up from the bottom as last week she couldn't. She just grinned the whole lesson long!!
