IT WAS A WISE DECISION

to start our walk in the morning, a thing we only later did find out.
First down the valley, through town and then this wonderful path along the Diemel river, through fields where the grass was currently cut. Oh the smell of it.
At Helmarshausen we drank our coffe at the bakers annex post office and walked there upon the dike till the end where the closed hospital is.
The meadows so astonishingly full of meadow flowers (of course), our hearts full of happiness, because we are a be able to enjoy so much of this spring day.
At Helmarshausen a steep path leads to the ruin of the Krukenburg, that we saw at our right side, a bit more Climbing along a path where the apple trees grow and where in summer all the apples will lie upon the ground.
We had an amazinf slow tempo, as we both stood in marvel and trying to catch our exitement in pictures. Sometimes different subjects, but now and then the same.
When we arrived much later home, the weather had changed a lot, we thought it could start raining any minute.
The dandelion in the picture was almost my last one and when I had uploaded my pictures and saw it, I knew in a split second this is the one.
That is a lucky feeling, no hard deliberation on what to choose today.

My haiku:

In a field of daisies
I nearly fell asleep I
Sneezed and was awake

And the proverb:

A nose of wax.
