Weeping Rock in Dry Times

Sound Cue

I had a lovely time co-blipping with skater and isbi down at the Wentworth Falls today. We haven't had rain for a little while now but there's always some flow on show beneath the Weeping Rock. There's a good deal of iron oxide (i.e. "rust") in local mountain streams. Over the many years, deposits of it are to be found at the bottom of falls and by the side of water courses.
