Day 168

I had a mostly very nice day. I went to visit Abi in London. I did have times of anxiety and fear but I feel I mostly pushed through them. I suppose the fact I did this caused me some worry. I was a bit lower and had more negative thoughts after leaving but mostly distracted myself playing games!
