Not a acloud in the sky.

We went and played 9 holes of golf this afternoon. There were 7 of us that turned out. Quite a contrast in the weather from last Sunday when we played, and the wind was howling...... hats being blown off heads, golf clubs being blown over, and a struggle to stand up at times.
There wasn't a breath of wind, and thus the grass was still soaking wet, so it was wet shoes & socks before we had finished the 2nd hole. More suited to wearing gumboots, a few of us decided.
Anyway, it was a very pleasant way to spend a few hours. When we got back home, I set about getting the fire roaring & dinner ready, and PJ took the dogs for a walk. I made mince (beef) Enchiladas and they are now in the oven, the smell is divine. Used to make them a lot, so it will be good to have them once again. Yumm.
