Our Last Airport Run

The last of our North American friends left for home today, though they would likely consider Zihuatanejo home as they spend more time here than the United States. We drove them to the airport as we can offer air-conditioned travel, though that is not as necessary at the moment with Tropical Storm Amanda (formerly Hurricane Amanda) spinning clouds into our area.

We now wait patiently for everyone to return, though we ourselves will be doing a fair bit of traveling during the hot summer months. A week in Mexico City, two weeks in Patzcuaro, and seven weeks visiting family and friends in the United States will make time fly by. Soon enough we will be back to beach volleyball during the day and entertaining after the sun goes down, but for now we will enjoy a very different style of Mexico.
