Sunday 10 January 2010: Winter wonderland
It was only about -5°C today, so we had a really pleasant walk to the allotment to fill the bird feeders. We were really enjoying the beautiful snowscape. Lots of birds were around - we even saw redwings. They are normally not here during the winter. One of our allotment neighbours said that he had wood pigeons on his allotment - they also don't usually stay in Sweden over the winter.
We're finally going back to work tomorrow. It has been a wonderful and very relaxing, long holiday.
